Return & Refund Policy

• Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product is not damaged. If you observe that the product is damaged, request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by us depending on the nature and category of the product.

• Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and may ask you to submit proofs such as photographs etc. taken from your end, and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we shall inform the relevant dealer/sub-dealer of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

• Please note that once the delivered goods are accepted in good condition, we will not be responsible or liable for any refund/exchange.

• Through an oversight if an order is placed twice for the same product by you, then immediately you may get one of your orders cancelled by furnishing all the details regarding the indent you had placed on us wrongly. If nothing is heard from your side, then it will be presumed that you are not interested in getting your order cancelled and the ordered material will be delivered to you.

• If in any stage, it is found that the products delivered to you are not as per specifications of the indent/order then do not open any cartoons at your end and at the same time, kindly ensure that the products are intact, unused and in a re-sellable state. Your ordered material will be sent to you immediately after we receive our products back which had been delivered to you wrongly. Please note that shipping charges if any are non-refundable.

• Replacement of entire consignment or part(s) of the product can be done subject to availability with us in condition that the shipped product is intact.

• The process for the refund or replacement will start immediately as and when we receive the consignment back. Since you are our valuable customer, the refund, if any, will be made to you as earliest as possible.
• The original shipping and transaction charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return, exchange or refund.

• Once we receive your return, the refund will be given in to the same mode of payment between 10 to 15 days.

• We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising out directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

• We further reserve the right not to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. We do not provide refunds under any other circumstances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, we reserve the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request.

• All refund requests must be in writing and include your name, address, e-mail address, order ID number, vehicle description, the last 4 digits of the credit card if used to purchase the product, and the reasons you are requesting a refund.

• We are not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downloading time, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy.

• Refund is discarded, once the ordered product is shipped, however the products may be exchanged with the same ordered product or of product with higher value under the condition that the exceeded price be met before the shipping of the product.
• Once an order is placed; it can be cancelled before the shipment of order. Depending on priority of the order and nature of the product; we ship within 24 hours. Once the order is shipped; it can not be cancelled. It can be returned for refund.
